Extended Stay America Cincinnati - Florence

The hotel was good quality for the star level - could have been a little cleaner, especially compared to other extended stays I've been at. Overall - it was very economical and conveniently located.

Rooms were large, but a bit tired.

The front desk clerk was awesome!!! She gave us directions and assisted us with all our questions. I will stay there again!!! Everything was clean and neat!!

Housekeeping should make sure that dishes are cleaned before the next customer moves in. The people that were there before us left dirty dishes in the cabinets.

Great value for price paid. All the essentials as well as well equipped kitchenette.

This place has no breakfast during weekend. You can cook in your room if you bring your food. Bed is too soft for me. My room is facing the highway, it is noisy in the night.
